The design and construction services of a replacement pump station to supply City with 521 L/s of water daily for The City of Whitehorse.

The building functions well for operations. The pump station includes a workshop facility designed to allow service trucks to drive into should the pumps in the adjacent pump room require servicing.

The design of the building is a legacy project for the City with a “northern climate” focus; the station is designed to be energy efficient and economic, utilizing natural lighting, high efficiency booster pumps and the highest standards of building insulation.

The project generally consists of the structural design and construction services for a 600 m2 pump station partly two-story steel structure building including dynamic equipment foundations.
