The design and construction of the City Centre Pump Station and Forcemain. The work comprises a triplex pump station. The 8 m x 8 m x 4.5 m building is an architecturally designed post disaster control building consisting of timber roof on steel frames on reinforced masonry walls on RC foundation complete with a 300 kW standby generator and motor control centre with foundations for dynamic loads, as well as a 3.66 m diameter FRP wet well, concrete valve chamber and associated fittings and piping. Integral Engineering was responsible for structural deign and providing structural construction services of the structures.
